    close to gondola rides and fabulous shopping spots

    During our three-night stay, I was particularly impressed with the easy access to the Skycab Cable Car, just over a kilometer away, and the Shoppes at Parisian, a short stroll of less than a 5-minute walk. The staff's really good service elevated our experience, especially Merci from guest relations, who remembered our names and attended to our every need with such attention to detail that it. The facilities offered plush rooms and a great spa service, perfect for couples seeking relaxation amidst city explorations, but the room decor felt slightly outdated.

    We had an amazing stay mainly because of the excellent service and comfortable stay at four seasons.

    Greatly enjoyed our time at the hotel, thanks. The property was clean with neat rooms and competent staff. The restaurant was nice for dinner, we ordered refined dishes. The bathroom was luxurious, included a shower, hairdryers and terry bath robes.

    Early check-in, the staff helped us with luggage. The location close to big casinos was absolutely perfect and comfortable. Dined at Tian yi Restaurant, it was just a short walk away from the venue...

    Perfect for a relaxing getaway

    The service was perfect! I was amazed at how the staff remembered my name.

    It wasn't cheap, but the experience was worth it.

    Really good, Really good, Really good

    The staff were really good, especially with personalized touches like welcome gifts and detailed concierge tips. The spa was pure bliss, and I loved indulging in a heavenly massage after a relaxing swim in the outdoor heated pool.
